Well, it was a long ass weekend but we did it! Cleared over $3600 and had people waiting in line for nearly THREE hours just to get in. I've been working on this since August so it's nice to see it do so well.

A few stats on our Haunted House:

Located in abandoned tank repair garages; used during WW2 by Germans to fix Panzers, Tigers, etc...

22 Rooms, linked by a fenced in area.

2 Chainsaws, can't have a haunted house without chainsaws

Your typical rooms, Clown room, baby doll room, dentist room. A couple "dark" rooms and one bright room.

Our first (three years running now) scare from below. One of the rooms built a platform and had a couple guys underneath screaming through plexiglass.

Publicity; 650 flyers, two commercials on AFN (I did the "live action" one), two radio show appearances. We were interviewed by AFN, Luxembourg News and a local German Station.

All in all it was great considering everything was volunteer and we all worked after hours.

I'll post pictures up when I figure out how.

Let me know if you need some hosting space

The burning question that everyone wants to know is...

did they let you use a chain saw?

Well, the great thing about being in charge is I didn't have to scare anyone, at all. In fact, I only scared two people the whole four days. It sucked. I ran the chain saw once but that was only to see if it would start up.

So in other words you went over started the chainsaw, and everybody screamed yelled and told ya to NEVER EVER EVER do that again.

Nope, just started it to make sure it would work. Buzzed a few props (people) and then went back to work. Running a HH is not so much fun as working a room.
