Also, some of the EQ stuff would be of use, specialy the member list of Bertoxx DE. Is there anyway we can make all that accessable?

I have the database for the old forums. But for numerous reasons, we decided to scrap it (see here (http://www.thegng.org/forums/showthread.php?t=3)). I thought the EQ division had gone down the tubes?

I still play EQ, and now once in a while SWG. The only reason that the list of DE members would be good is for referance. Past couple months I have been trying to get the Leadership of DE back to me. I have finaly contacted and know who has the leadership. It would have been handy to see the forums during this time. Many of the names I forget.

As for Dead, Dawning Eclipse, the guild GNG started there, is basicly dead. Regardless, this is very much a part of our history, and should not be forgotten. EQ has generated lots of traffic to our site, and at it's peak I would say was bigger than any single thing GNG has done.

But your right, it is history, and may I say not forgotten by any that were part of it. In fact I get many comments about how past DE members miss the old days. So we must have been doing something right.

So what do you guys want? I prefer not to have a mish mash of forums like we had before for every little thing. However, I will be happy to host a public forum for the EverQuest people provided there is enough interest and the forum stays active. Like I said, I don't want to have restructure the forums every time people decide they don't like a game anymore.

Let me know what I can to accommodate you guys, your group, and your needs.

AR Try to set it up like it was before. That was perfect. The divisions had there setups, Guild had theres, Council had theres, and the pubs had there. It was the 1337.

I would rather add the forums as they are needed. Why should I add an RTS forum that is going to sit there for 3 months until someone decides to make one retarded ass post? More forums = more work, so why?

Im willing to work. The EQ, Action, Tech, Council, and Public forums are needed to converse about certain subject matters without all of the mixing and confusion. Council needs a private forum for private matters. Other divisions need to seperate there matters from public and guild related matters. Im not asking for 30 different posting areas but a broken down basis of what we had previously. To regain normality and continue information for certain games people need to be in a there special "home".

There were way too many forums last time.

These are the only ones we really need added:

1. Council
2. Private recruiting forum (for discussing potential new members)
3. Public recruiting forum (where people sign up)
4. And public forum(s) for whatever public server(s) we host

I'd rather we abolish the DL's role as the sole recruiting force in the clan. They should definitely have considerable sway in the decision making process, but I'd like it if everyone in the whole clan got in on it rather than just a select few. This would help bring us closer together, and it would help weed out the chumps.
