thankyou for your thoughts. he fell, tommorrow would have been 17 years ago and never recovered from his injuries. at least he is at peace now. can you imagine spending 17 years in a bed, and 16 and a half of that was in the va. to anyone in military that thinks they will take good care of you guess again. buy insurance and lots of it. ok off the soapbox. i do appreiciate all the nice comments it helps alot

Sorry about the loss DD. Its always hard to lose someone close. Especially when its a parent.

I dont know this from experience, but I have thought about the day I would lose my parents and it fucking sucks.

i logged out of steam and rebooted and still cant get in. any suggestions or should i just keep doing shots of crown in honor of the dead? amazing how much a shot helps. ill check back in a little while.

Damn Dirty, sorry to hear that.. hope everything is going well for you today.. as far as CS goes.. they did an update.. you may need to add -dxlevel 80 to your command line if you are running an old card, like me... though the GNG pub keeps going up and down.. dont know whats up there...

Thats the way to be DD. Just rember he is in a better place, and now at peace. You just need to find that piece it will take time. My wife lost her dad about 3 years ago. When she was 19 its tough but you will make it through.
