Ive been addicted to this game for a little while now, does anyone have it? I just made a new character on the Agamaggan PVP server. Anyone with the game should get on that server with me, and anyone without it should buy the game and come to that server. Its really a kick ass game.

I played THE SHIT out of WoW first 5 months after it came out, then ditched it.. it was fun for awhile, but as soon as you get through the story and reach the top level, it turns into a grind

ehh, I put 5 bucks down on GW like 3 months before it came out to get in the beta's and I really didnt like what I saw. WoW is a great game, the massive PVP is crazy, when you can have an army of 140 people raiding a city gaurded by another 100 or so horde, its the best time youll ever have gaming (well one of them for me)

But has it really improved much since the beta?

ya I still have my account but you see what always fucks up my appeal to those types of games like WoW, Asheron's Call, and of course the ever elusive EverFuct, is that whenever I start playing I get on a server that I'm alone on. So here I have a lvl 46 Warrior on the Malygos server, and nobody in the guild to spoil rotten with it. laff anyway I still play WoW on and off they add things all the time so I check up on it.

Alliance or horde, i dont really care. :D im up for doin it tonight, I bought Guild Wars and I can see the diffrence a monthly fee makes in terms of gameplay. I dont like how you can only see party members in town, and how the level cap is 20. Ill still play it tho :P. But yea, my heart goes out to WoW so reply you WoW fucks.

Guild Wars is geared towards PvP; there just happens to be a decent storyline thrown in. Don't be hatin.

WoW for me was a bit of a dissapointment. Compared to EQ it was way to easy. The end game was really tough, and the UBER guild I was with just didnt seem to be able to keep its membership coming on the nights it should have.

Leveling in WoW was best done solo, I like it when you can solo, but it should not be an advantage to progression. I have all but droped WoW, still paying but not playing.

GW is pritty simple in the begining. It is ment to train all those that have not played RPG type games. The end PvE game play is very good, and the team play required to get the missions done is extencive. The PvE game is only a prelude to the PvP and GvG game play. The game seems balanced for PvP and nearly all the changes that have been made have been made to adjust that play.

I like the look of GW more than any other game so far. Though you cant interact with it, it is nice to look at.

I had tried to get GNG to start a WoW guild when the game first came out. There was little interrest, even though we had some 10+ members playing it. Also no excuse for being on a sever by yourself there was lots of postings about where players were. Too bad GNG does not seem able to rally the troops to get something started in these games.

We did finally manage to keep the ranks staffed and have beat Molten Core and close to beating the first boss in Black Wing Lair.

Simil, Ozarius, and Cybria still play, but I think that is it for GNG on Zul'Jin server other than me and Myseree whom I run into now and again.

Much thanks to Sckoarn and Zzala, we ran through some missions. Plus i was doing the quests that had the most xp to complete... Mainly the 500 to 1000 ones. I did a few 1000xp quests, it helps. Plus before they got on I was out fighting for a bit getting like 64xp per kill, that's alot to me.

What level are you dude? What classes are you? Perhaps we could play this evening and help each other learn the game more. I learn best on my own to start with. But Sckoarn and Zzala were big helps to start out, I have a good idea how to run and do missions/quests myself now. I just don't want to get myself killed to much....as Zzala, Sckoarn and I ran into those level 24 beast, 2 hits and I was dead.... hahaha

I have been offering my services to random people for FREE... they think I am weird... lol.

I do all of the battling for them, pick up and drop all items (well, with some exceptions), and then ask nothing when the quest is over... perhaps I am making friends - perhaps not.

Anyhow, I would much rather play with the GNG. I am thinking of making a new character - perhaps some time this weekend.

I can no longer use ventrillo though - which kind of messes up my ability to play with you all... but I am pretty much there for the ride anyhow :wink: :wink: so get on, I'll look you all up... I'm usually chilling somewhere in Ascalon city just being stupid.

Hey, whoever said they were allowing transfers, its only for 3 realms, and they dont get to choose any realm, just the one assigned. Three new PVP realms JUST opened up today, so right now would be an amazing time to start. I want to roll a Human warrior, so will you come with me jimbob? I was thinking playin on Chromaggnus server, just cuz outa the names its the only one i can pronounce. Right me back soon. Any other WoW players should let me know too.
