ok here's a few. I have greatly reduced the size of them to fit.
This first batch is probably my favorite pictures. They were taken in the graveyard that my gradparents are buried in. Its a really old grave yard with many of the graves dating back to the 1500-1600's. They bury people in family graves right on top of each other. So there can be 10-20 people in one grave. Freakin weird. They just dig up the old grave and add in another and throw all of the dirt and bones back in the hole. Some of the tombstones are covered in 10-20 names.
The first pic is of my great grandparents grave and the second is of my grandparents grave. The rest of the pics are just randomly taken. Unfortunately the pictures really dont do it justice. Many of the tombstones are over 15 feet tall. Some even taller. They were massive but its hard to get the perspective with just the pics.
They all thought I was nuts taking pics in the graveyard but I really like the way black and whites came out.

This set is from the Cliffs of Moher, the Burrens and the sorrunding area.

The Cliffs are as high as 720 feet and the wind coming off the Atlantic at gale force was unreal. Easily gusts of 80+ miles per hour on the day we were there. I nearly died taking these photo's and unforunately the lightening was not in my favor so some of them look a bit washed out.

The Burrens is nothing but rocks. HUGE ass rocks by the sea. Very Middle Earth looking. But in the spring and summer they are filled with wild flowers.

"Poulnabrone Dolmen, or Portal Tomb, a 5,000-year-old burial site from the Stone Age. The Neolithic structure is dated to about 3,800 B.C. Poulnabrone means "the hole of sorrows." The monument is in a rocky limestone landscape called The Burrens"

mmm, recent photo of mark and I.......the most recent might be the one of us in holland last year. I'm the one behind the camera all the time so I rarely have a photo of myself. Besides I've put on a few lbs over the last 3 years and therefore hate to take my pic. But that will change with my new year's resolution to get buff again.
I only have these pics because my best friend Tracy took them with here camera when we went to Holland.
