My stepdad has one and played the shit out of it over Christmas break. He bought one when it first came out but had a harddrive problem with it that caused the machine to crash a lot. Microsoft has really, really good support though when it comes to the Xbox and they had him another one within a week.

The only game I personally played was Project Gotham Racing and it was pretty cool. I've never liked racing games but me and my bro had some good times on it. The only bug I saw is sometimes when your car hits the wall it gets stuck on there and it takes forever to get free. Apparently a lot of people online talk about it and make fun of it. Stupid bug that really should have been caught, but I guess they felt they had to get the game out before Christmas. Cool game though and the online league play is great. From what I gathered there is a TON of trash-talking though, so be ready for that.

Oh yeah, and don't bother trying to play Quake 4 online because it's a POS with horrible framerates. But single player looked fine.

I think it's a really over-rated system but in fairness they had to get these games out before Christmas and shouldn't be the sole judge of the system. It will take a long time for developers to realize the 360's full potential.
