The server is nice, but it could use a few more players. I saw Sckoarn when CS Source was first released, and tonight I saw Hooligan who I never had the pleasure of playing with. That's about it.

Where did all you old timers run off to? I know the Triple 6 is finally in Counter Strike but damn you guys don't have to go running and hiding like that. Muahahaha.

Hey Triple,

Mostly I am RPG player. Currently it is WoW, and I am having a good time with it so far. The CS thing for me was first off DoD, then the guys talked me into Source. It is cool and all, but I have got the WoW bug now. Every time I show up there, I start on the server by myself. Then one or two players get on, maybe, maybe not. I asked for when players would be on but did not get much of a definit time to play.

I really like when there are other GNG playing there, it is good to get with those members which I rarely see. And, nothing like getting in ONE kill on any of you. Totaly makes my night.

BTW, I am getting OWNED in CS! Everytime I run into somebody, that scene from Pulp Fiction plays out where a whole clip is emptied and the bullets go right around them, lol.

have u tried to adjust your "Rate" settings?


sometimes my connection is just whacked and no matter how many bullets I send someone's way, I just die. Other times, it's as if all I have to do is look in someone's general direction and they fall over dead.

So when I'm laying an entire clip into someone and they just won't die, I will usually reconnect to the server. I think it helps me but maybe its just psychological

For some reason the pump shotgun has been real good to me on the server so I tend to use that on maps that will be medium to short range like office, all the rest I use the IDF or Sig. I hate the AK right now, I'm just not good with it anymore. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I used to be able to snipe with it.

i actually think I'm better at sniping with the AK now than I was before.
I've never been very good with the pump, a scout or awp/

I lean mostly on the sig, aug, colt, mp5 and the AK

Well, I seem to be getting better. I think what really effects things the most is having a solid team. If your team is getting tooled, no skill is going to save you.

I have a question though. How do you ignore people who are spamming voice com or text chat? I had some drunk guys on my team the other night and things got kinda heated over the com. I'd rather just ignore idiots like that in the future.
