GNG Recruitment?

Hey Everyone,

I was messin around on your pub server for CS:S today and got to meet quite a few of the members. I've been playing CS since the game first came out, what close to 5 years ago? I've been in and out of quite a few clans since then, the longest lasting maybe 4 months. For the past couple of months I have really been looking for an "older" clan that offers a better since of organization and committment. I talked for a while with ODD (Old Dirty Bastards), also a 21+ clan, but it seemed that their practice schedules were too demanding for what I could offer. I really like the appeal of GNG because you have been around for so long and seem to be extremely committed to the longevity of the clan as well as the organization.

Where we go from here, not sure, Graffixx just told me to post a thread if I was interested and you would get back to me. Look forward to hearing from you all!

Hey Sammie, sorry didn't answer your questions. Yah for right now CS is pretty much it for comp games. I've been playing a lot on XBox360 lately Tiger Woods and of course Halo 2 a good bit. Conquered Call of Duty 2 and got bored of the online play because it sux. Perfect Dark was boring, just now starting Quake.

Anyway, I suggest you just keep on rocking out in game with us, and coming to the forums. I know we had a few insidents of people who were so thrilled to be recruited, and went nuts asking about it. They played alot, and got recruited, but when they got in, stayed for a week or two, and havent been seen since.

I know I would like to avoid that, I'm sure others do too. So just keep rocking out man, and I'm sure we'll grow to love you, and ask you to take us to the prom.

hey tell us a bit about yourself, if you dont mind.

GNG is much more than just a "clan of gamers".

we range from 21 to like 40 or something... and have jobs like police officer, restaurant manager, military, accountant etc. we help eachother out with real life problems. we meet up with eachother when we can, and we have at least one huge GNG meet n drink n fuck a year. we're a bunch of cool ass n00bs who love to pwn, both in cs:s n in the "RL".Get the picture?

well, 22 about to turn 23 next month. Work in real estate, do a little bit of everything from investing, sales, marketing, and right now looking to start up a business venture for property management. I live in Wilmington, NC. Pretty much life right now i completely consumed from work through either traveling or working some long ass days. Outside of that, I surf, use to do some offshore racing (sailboats), offshore fishing, etc. Just your average beach bum.

Just curious, where are most of the people in GNG from?

Well it seems that the majority is either in Florida or Virginia, but we are spread out across the US and Europe. It also seems that majority of our members are linked to the military in some way shape or form.

Now to the part you want to hear.

Recruitment is closed for this month. However we will be looking into starting recruitment again in April. You meet the age requirement, you have gotten to know the members, and you have been hanging around so there is obviously an interest.

Re-apply for recruitment again in April and I can see about getting the process started.

One last thing. The GNG is more than just CS. We are a "FAMILY" of gamers who share a common interest in gaming in general, but we are also into alot of other things. If you want to join GNG you will become part of more than just some run of the mill clan or group. You will have the opportunity to have much more. Keep that in mind.

Hell yeah man. Neb, Snk, jb, io, myself went up to Alexanderia to meet Chubbs, Mach, Paci, Rusty, Graff and a few others to drink the beer... Not just once, but twice. Good times Fellas. Chubbs made it to Neb's and I's place for a weekend of fun. We also made it down to Sammie's and Mark's for their halloween bash and met a few others as well..
