More and more I find myself having to find US news from foriegn sources.

Especially when that news isn't in line with those in power.

People who want to drill for oil in Alaska don't want you to know about a recent oil spill in Alaska. Granted, the Valdez disaster was 11 million gallons and this was only 267,000 gallons. But that is still a massive amount of oil. It is the worst oil spill in the history of this part of Alaska.

But you won't find it on FOX or FOX lite (CNN). They have more important stories to run like China - home of the world's deadilest mines.

Here's the oil story...

I actually did hear about this a week or so ago, as being the second largest oil spill ever, but I dont' remember where. I'm sort of lucky I don't have cable I guess, all I have is the BBC on PBS for world news.

It wasn't in my local paper or any of my Lib or Con websites in and around the day it happened. It made the BBC nine days after it happened.

I guess I need to start watching MORE FOX. LoL

So what did you else did you hear?

I enjoy being wrong when it comes to these things. Guess it just went under my radar.
