I found this on Digg and thought it was pretty interesting

It is pretty interesting with some broad implications. And it doesn't sound like an idea that would be long in the coming unlike Hydrogen Cell based engines which have a nebulous time frame of 20 years. Just the perfect amount of time to make it sci-fi instead of science fact.
