As with most things I find an intrest in, I tend to take most shit to the max. That being said, this is what I'm about to purchase: http://www.kegs.com/sabco/brewmagic1.html

I blame this completely on my Mother in that she bought me a crappy Mr. Beer kit for Christmas. I'm going from a 50 buck POS to a real brewery...........Sorry mom,,,,but if you buy a crack addict a low rent crack factory,,,,,,,don't expect him to settle.........

Sammie, once I've got it down and I come to an event,,,,,,trust me, I'll drag a keg along.....

Jethro,,,,you ever try any Celis White? http://www.celis.com/celis.asp It used to be brewed here in Austin by a dude who came up in Hogaarden Belgium and the shit is awesome. Miller Brewing (the devil) bought out Celis brewery and closed it down a few years back and sold all the equipment and recipes to Michigan brewing Co. and they are starting to brew the Celis brews again. I'm going to spend most of my time perfecting a Belgian Witbier for now because I love it so much, but if you can find some Celis in your area, I highly recommend it.
