SETI finds proof of extraterrestrials

the unofficial report is that two high level SETI researchers have confirmed that they had received extra terrestrial signals.

if so then i highly doubt that it will result in the scenario outlined by the film "Contact." if this information is correct it marks a new era for mankind.

i will be researching this claim with vigor and will keep you all posted if anything turns up.

it will probably get covered up by our wonderful government which thinks everything is bad for us. Well, they can only hide it for so long before the people get tired of all the bullshit fed to us by those in control of such things. They are probably even going to try and scare us with some impending doom scenario lol. Very interesting... Like you guys said, not very credible based on the site. But if there's any truth to it, I'm sure we'll see something on a real news site soon. Did a search on Google and didn't find much based on this news.
