*URGENT* Need help quickly!

I need help, we had a mouse im guessing eat through a power cable for one of the PCs here at my work and I have anouther cord sitting here and was wondering if all cords are the same. It looks like the connecters will line up I just dont want to fry this machine....its pretty damn expensive. :rolleyes:

The cables that plug into the power supplies and even the backs of monitors are all the same, you can use any that fit and it'll work fine.

In fact that plug style has been around for a VERY long time. I used it back when I was about 20, 20 some years ago.
