All I can say is, CONFIDENCE. If you don't know it, tell them the truth. Don't try to pull shit out of your ass. You have to trust in yourself that you'll be ok. I get nervous before any major presentation but there are certain things that I have found work well for me. Rehearsing does wonders because then when the actual time comes, you're moving on autopilot. It's the same concept as training. Some ideas are have friends or family members gather around you and listen to answers to questions you think might be thrown at you. Or just speak in an empty room but imagine the people you'll be talking to already there. Get used to hearing the sound of your own voice in an otherwise quiet environment.

I also find that just being loud and assertive makes people listen to you, even if you don't have the smartest or wittiest thing to say. It's sounds stupid but it's patently true, you don't actually have to be confident for people to think you are. Just play the part.

Finally, have a reward to look forward to after it's done. I always go for a pizza and a beer afterwards just to celebrate to myself that I got through it.

You'll be fine, brohami! Remember, you're not nervous, you're fucking excited. There's a difference. You're excited to walk in there and show those motherfuckers you belong and that you're a talented young man that wants some more god damn compensation for his work. Uncle Sam can pay those other jokers stuck at E1 pennies an hour, but not you. You're moving up god damnit.
