Katrina Storm pics

I got this in a forward this morning. The pics are amazing. Apparently they were taken during the eye passing over somewhere in Mississippi.

If anything they look like supercells. I don't think they look fake. Google supercell. Could be Katrina but doesn't look like a 'cane.

Every time I've had an eye of a hurricane cross my path, it was just kinda cloudy. Of course, I've never been in anything bigger than a cat. 2 or 3.
If they are fake, you should be jealous you can't make anything that cool. :tongue:

They kinda look like they were taken and then done like those HDR style photos, but most likely photoshopped. eye candy either way :smile:

Hate to burst your bubble, but those aren't from Katrina. Every time a major storm comes around or it's storm season those same pictures turn up in emails and other places.

They are all real... I took them wiht my camera phone, while in my jon boat.

Very Interesting.

I have the exact, I mean exact, group of pics forwarded to me, stating southern Alberta storm pictures. Dated 6/15/05 That is a long ways inland for those that do not know, and slightly north. Notice the lack of water .... so the one taking them was not on a boat.
