I tried out the one game they mention, Lineage. The farmimg was terrible. It was a cool game, but the unchecked corruption made it unplayable. They did nothing about botting. In fact, it seemed as if they encouraged it. The economy was terrible, because of all the the Ebay gold dealers. NCsoft didn't seem to care.
Eve Online Had a good answer to account theft. Their rule is that the account will always be the property of the original owner even if it is sold or transferred.
