There is some server specific stuff here because with a donation comes admin (for GNG members) to some degree. A donation means that you accept those terms and you realize that a donation is not a pass to abuse the server or the admin powers!

Funds should be accounted for and updated for members anytime the balance changes. I would like to display the names of donators only and keep the actual donation amounts anonymous. So until I have more than 2 or 3 people donate, I will not display the balance.
Any and all spending from the GNG Fund needs to be put to a vote. I'm a strict believer in the "majority rules" philosphy, so a 51% vote either way is enough for me. However, we might want to discuss this so we have a number everyone can live with.
Donating members (GNG and non GNG alike) will be granted access to the private Fund forum. The forum will be used to discuss any and all issues relating to the FUND only. Balance updates, general inquiries, and other information will be made available.

Under no circumstances will the server billing cycle ever be month to month when a decision is made on a host. However, when initially seeking a host or changing hosts, a month to month cycle may be used to evaluate the host. When the host is accepted, the billing cycle should be changed to a 3 or 6 month commitment. The reason for this is that a month to month is more difficult to keep up with and does not allow enough time for more donations. I would vote to stay away from a 1 year contract because things can go sour with a host and we dont want to be bound by contract to a craptastic host.
Seperate forums will be setup regarding the server. A public forum where pubs can whine and bitch and a private forum for discussing items related to the server.
The server is for donating GNG Members first! The server will be setup to accomodate donating members with their playing preferences (map rotation, time limites, etc). However, consideration will be given to ALL GNG members, especially with minor items such as maps, etc.
Everyone on the server is to be treated fairly and with respect (this is very important to running a good server and keeping people interested). A lot of people can tend to be asses and this will not be tolerated. Donating members will be the admins for the most part. That means you are paying to play. Without pubs, we cant play. So dont be asses. Always remember, there are logs. As far as people being accused, that should be handled by way of a discussion and logs should be pulled if available. We should have penalties, like 2 week admin suspension or something for the guilty :evil: . If you are a dick all the time, pubs WILL complain and your shit will be removed. If someone complains about you once or something, whatever, we'll write it off.
