I can do all but 2. The one for Cobble with the rail jump is soooo fucking hard and one other I cant think of off the top of my head. A handful I could do and get away with it and a good chunk I could do, but get killed in the process of attaining it.

the one in aztec, in the same open yard as bomb the bomb site, where you jump on the boxes along the side of the ramp (facing the double doors) and then u ponto the ledge; holy crap that one was awesome. if you could get there quick enought and get up as CT before the t's got to the doors. theyd get destroyed when they came in.
i also like the office ones, in the snow getting above the garage door when the cts come out, and in the stairs on the other side jumping from the stairwell/boxes onto the exit sign. get there with some speed and unload an AK47 on them from above. someone in the door can fuck with them and theyll get annihilate.
