Is there a minimum amount that we can pay? I had a good job but I quit to go back to Georgia Tech, and in a week I will once again be a poor college student with no income. I don't want to freeload hehe but I also have to be realistic about my expenses and 20 dollars a month just won't cut it for me.

It's up to the individual. I have people who send me a decent amount every month. I have people who sent in a small one time donation.

As it stands right now the single biggest benefit to sending in cash is obvious... to keep the server up. The other benefit is that anyone who donates gets access to admin. Right now, a single donation will give you admin indefinetely. However, since this is the only "carrot" we can dangle in front of the horse, we might consider changing this so that, in essence, you are paying for admin rights.

There hasnt been a need for this and, generally speaking, people have been really good about sending in money. Over the last couple of months, I have had little to no activity.

So, to answer your question: Send in whatever amount you think is fair and isnt going to break you. We make server payments every 3 months and its a little less than $200 bucks every time.

We actually just got hit with our $287 dollar subsciption so we are down to $120 in the GNG public server fund.

We definately need to build it back up by a few hundred dollars over the next couple of months.
