I was at that hearing today. My footage went to CBS so they could use some, although all they ended up using was some audio. The army is SO messed up in their implementation of Guard and Reserve forces right now and they don't want to look at new ways to integrate between the three. Just ways to bring everyone up to strength and deploy as units. I learned alot today but won't go on in a public forum.
