This is a interesting article everyone should read this. While I support Mr. Brown im sure they will make him pay somehow. It is just sickening to see how they treat him like some kind of terrorist because he didnt pay his money to the fucking goverment.

Ha!

We had a guy working for us that cited THE SAME shit about there is no law saying he has to be taxed.
The feds sent me several garnishments on him.
Needless to say, he no longer works for our company.

Moral of the story: Pay your taxes, its america, we gota pay for war somehow!

I don't understand why this guy is considered a crackpot while the hippie trash made Noam Chumpsky a hero for tax evasion. While I'm not sure exactly how much is melodrama vs how much is real, he shouldn't have to give up his guns for a tax evasion charge unless he's shown that he's a danger.

In any case, the 16th amendment is the law that says Congress can tax income. I agree that it undermines the Constitution and there were many reasons the Founders originally banned income taxes, but for now, it's part of the law of the land. Pretending it doesn't exist or isn't applicable is just stuffing their head in a hole. The only way to fight it is head on and work for a repeal.

"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration. "

I don't understand how Russo says those things.
