as for those who regularly play guild wars mightt have noticed, i was once dangerously active, but recently became suspiciously extinct.

after all those lovely months of playing guild wars, after all those damned vabbian armors and titles i worked my tail off for... i, alas, am so sick of guildwars, that i will be taking a break until .. perhaps.. eye of the north? start of my college fall semester? who knows, but it wont be anytime soon..

i had taken a break from all games for about a month, but i have come to realize that i DO need some type of a game to be dedicated with in my life.. and since my diablo account had been frozen.. i began..

World of Warcraft.. + the Burning Crusade. :frown:

i have started it today and played 9 hours straight, and am hopelessly addicted. though ive cursed the game at least 20 times within those hours and uttered complaints that went "NO HENCHIES!? WTF, U EXPECT ME TO SOLO THIS SHIT?" "WHY CANT THERE BE AN ARROW TO THE DAMN QUESTS!?" "AHHHH!!! I ACTUALLY DO FALL OFF THE LEDGE"

...but.. in essence it makes for a more challenging game. and i have come to reallllly love it.

the prettiness of GW will be missed... and most definitely also the generosity of GNG's members with their advice and help when it came to the game..

but the gameplay itself of guild wars? :doubt: not so much

World of Warcraft is a great game. Me and my brother would play the battlegrounds all day. It was so fun watching each others backs. He was a mage and I had a shadow priest. We were a couple of terrors in PvP. Great times!

and Wow IS a great game. im in a PVP server but havent gotten to experience getting my ass kicked by the other faction yet. im still just waiting to get ganked while newbie questing :D

and i wish i could donate some money but i basically spent the last of it buying my ASSASSIN a vabbian armor ._. 300k right there down the drain. :[

I am playing Warcraft 3, DoTa. I have issues with my sound, but I just keep Vent off and its ok. I get on CS about once a week, but no one is ever on. I played with SMokedog for a hour or so a few days ago. I check http://gametiger.com/search?player=gng&game=all every day and usually only see people with GNG in their name on accident. Whenever I see 2 or 3 people I join. I love my new comp, just think Vista still has issues..
I dont have the time a MMoRPG requires. If I want to get any good gear I have to raid 5-6 nights a week. I cant make that commitment with a family. And I do not like playing and always being gimp..
