Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) has submitted a resolution, HR 333, to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney on charges of "high crimes and misdemeanors." Congressman Kucinich has posted his supporting documents online, including a brief summary of the impeachment procedure, a synopsis, and the full text of the impeachment resolution.

Reading through the transcripts though I'm not sure it holds much water. It seems to me like a big political stunt to ail his failing presidential bid. Why lay the Iraq war squarely at Cheney's feet, and how can you blame the administration for an aggressive stance against Iran when they're threatening to wipe us off the map every other week? I was really hoping for a lot more. There's no way this impeachment gets anywhere.

He has hardened arteries which has led to 4 heart attacks, kidney failure, gout, breathlessness, leg/ foot problems and all kinds of other health issues.

I really don't think he cares what Dennis Kucinich does. Cheney's last few speeches reflect the attitude that "there's nothing your ass can do to me that my smoking hasn't and here's exactly what I think about you." Even if this did have legs, he would probably say "well fuck you too, buddy" at his impeachment conviction.

whether or not i agree... thats still fuckin an awesome thing to do/have happen...

one more thing: whether or not dick cheney is the real "brains" in the white house, bush is still the numba 1 stunna and he's the one who should take the fall, not dick.
