Yes, they have a ten day "buddy" deal. I gave my buddy key to Skoarn when they screwed him on delivery of his game, but I Think Zzala has one, as well as possibly a couple others.

Bizz, you should just skip the trial and go pick up the full game. Log onto the Windfola server and make a toon. Thats what you should do, no more beating around the bush, we know you want to come play with us.

If you get on to Vent we can pass you the buddy key, it gives you 10 days to trial the game.

It's definately a game to be careful of...It's definitely crack. I look forward to playing every day when I get off work. I've never had a game that sucked me in like this.

We recruited our first outsider last night. The deathball is starting to roll in Middle Earth :biggrin:

Good going guys on the recrute. This game gender makes it very possible to get a good group going, and being a new game there are lots of players out there still not in a Kinship.

Alrighty, well it's gonna be 2 1/2 weeks until I can play, I want to make sure I dont have much work so I can completely utilize the key and play the shit out of it for a week straight. Whoever has the key, please keept it aside if you can and I'll grab it then :)

I dont think it's gonna be too hard to convince me haha

Is there PvP in this one? I have really not been following its development at all.

Yes, there is PvP. Here (http://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Monster_Play) is the Wiki article on "Monster Play" which is LOTRO's PvP (actually, it's PvMP-Player vs. Monster Player) as you can PvP with your main, in-game char, or pick a Monster and fight for the bad guys.

Thats great Pink!! I will be sure to have a key ready when you are.

Monster play is the evil side of the PvP War. I have spent some time in this mode and am looking forward to the time when players are high enough levels to enter. So far it is just destiny gathering and increasing your skills, for monsters. There are some cities that have been taken over by the monster side. There are Raid sized missions to take the cities. Each city has NPC population that changes once the city is captured.
