Users in our BellSouth forum (http://www.thegng.org/forum/r19556693-DSL-Down-completely) are reporting a major BellSouth DNS outage impacting a significant chunk of BellSouth territory customers. Users say that BellSouth support systems have been overwhelmed, and users are finding resolution only by switching to OpenDNS (http://www.opendns.com/) DNS servers. "I called the AT&T DSL support number, 1-888-321-2375 from 2 different phones," complains one user. "It never rings, it just disconnects."
