Updates to X3: Reunion have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

Added UPLINK facility to export your game statistics to a file which can then be uplinked to the Egosoft.com servers for display and comparison
Added the long awaited Mission Director (MD) mission development tool
Fixes and improvements to Script Editor commandsCorrected some general game issues
