Here's pics of the place I'll be working in for the next month or so, as I promised. It's a monster, owned by a General Surgeon, and his wife, an ob-gyn/surgeon.
The pic with the red walls is one third of the stand up shower that has four body sprayers on the left, and one over head. The right side of the shower consists of one body sprayer, one over head, and one over the massive fuck seat. The damn shower is 8 feet by about 6 at it's widest point. I'm talkin...L1ve could sodomise the entire GNG gang in this one shower.

depending on the market value of the area, i would say that is a 450 to 900k home
around here you could probably score a house like that for 450-500
but our market is pretty cheap compared to alot of others
larger cities would prolly run you closer to 750-1mm and i guess that depends on the land size and sq ft too

It's on the water so I'd say atleast 750k

I don't know. I've seen shittier/smaller houses around here with water-front go for 750.. I would guess at least 1 mil. but again, the market here is becoming outrageous..

it alllll depends on where you live. asshole developers and money hungry dicks who sell the houses know they can get a shit town of money so they charge waaayy too much, when youre in a big city or a nice area. (i dont blame them, get the most money you can get, why not, but theyre still assholes for doing it becasue i dont have a huge house)
ill buy a house that size in africa. itll be cheap. ill die of mylaria, but my house will be fuckin rad

The house is well over 5000 square feet. I didn't have enough space to post all the pics of it. It sits on roughly one acre of prime property that backs up to Pensacola Bay and there isn't another home within 100 yards. The bulding cost of the home so far, not including land is just over 1,000,000.
