The new NIN Album "The Slip" is free to download off of the NIN website
( www.NIN.com )
You just have to provide an email address for the download link. I guess Trent Reznr said " thanks for your support, this one is on me"
so figured I would pass along the information. I'm converting the songs in to WAV as we speak.

How is it? I listen to metal pretty much exclusively now and haven't been paying much attention to the mainstream rock releases.

havent had a chance to listen to the whole thing...
its different... thats all I can say for now. Might be worth a listen, especially if you have a nice sounding stereos.. he makes some kind of wicked sounds.
But hey.. its free. AND legal. Why the hell not

i heart NIN
thanks for the link.
I will check it out
I'm really not that impressed. I mean, I was never a big fan, but I can listen to most of his music and not hate it. This album, I can't do that. I turned it off about halfway through, and probably won't give it another chance.

I'm a huge NIN fan. I've probably got more NIN albums in my collection than most other artists.
Haven't listened to it yet, but thanks for the info.

Well, I have to say, didn't care for most of the songs. The 2nd one, named Discipline is alright though. Don't matter, sometimes I'm in the mood for his weird music.
