A YouTube link looks like: http://youtube.com/watch?v=kA-4L57HdI4
In order to embed the video above into a post you need to note the part after the v=, like so:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=kA-4L57HdI4kA-4L57HdI4 is that videos "ID".
Now, You have two options:
1. Just go to your post and type in kA-4L57HdI4
OR
2. Copy the videos ID, so kA-4L57HdI4, and paste that in your post. Then highlight kA-4L57HdI4, and select the big red "YouTube" button towards at the top of the post window (you must be creating a new post to see this)
Both of the above will produce the following in your post:
kA-4L57HdI4
