I know this wont be for all but I liked it.
Its one of those few easy listening songs I actually find easy to listen to. :-P

What freaks me out is this is made with samples etc like a hip-hop song.... They in fact were (I think) a samples based hip-hop band...
btw... I don't quite know where to place this song... kiwi? hmm almost a bee-gee/unplugged thing going on weird!

Wow, I'm getting old. I actually like the song.
It doesn't supprise me that it was made with samples. I used to mess around with electronic music. There's so many music programs out there it's rediculous.

Nothing wrong with easy-going music... I kinda dig it myself although kind of outside what you would typically hear me playing (which actually there isnt anything 'typical' about what I listen to.. its really prettyy all over the place)
like this for instance... I've grown to actually really like this performance. Lately I've been getting a bit better at the guitar - so when I mentioned "I want to learn a classical song" Some one suggested to me that I look up "classical gas"
While this isnt the original performer (nor was it really what I was looking for), I actually really like how this guy plays this song:

Good lord if you all are listening to this why the HELL aren't you listening to Dave Matthews Band. Best damn easy listening, sitting on the porch enjoying the day music there is out there.

Yeah, u can definitely find a lot of info online for beginning guitar -- and most of it is free. All kinds of videos on youtube and stuff -- but beware....
I just got from the "beginner" level to the "intermediate" level -- but it was with help from an online course that I had to pay for. I had started with the free stuff but the problem was that I couldn't ORGANIZE the free lessons in any kind of moderately rational way.. I was always switching between various videos and there was no order to anything. So I was trying to do scales when I should have just been dealing with really basic picking technique and etc.
So eventually I decided I need to do an actual online course -- http://consumerfilter.org/products/jamorama -- it actually worked pretty well! I might recommend you try it out.
cheers

What is obscure about Robert Johnson? He's probably as obscure to a Blues fan as beans are to a raver.
