I was attacked by a pigeon and it tryed to bite me, and a evil black bug that was the size of a half dollar jumped on me from 2 feet away (it walked, moved and jumped like the crab monsters off halflife, with the 2 long front legs). I also figured out my credit score is 560 or so...

I ran 5 miles and nearly killed myself

15 miles in 3 days. That used to be the routine (5 miles a day 6 days a week) but I slacked off and now I'm in serious pain.

I'm going to pop a painkiller and clean the house

i been slack with the running. I ran for the first time Tuesday since October. I ran a little under a mile and a half and nearly died.. hahah

Speakin of running I have been running my balls off lately. I would say roughly 10 miles a week. Ran 4 miles yesterday. Started doing P90X the other day. Tryin to get myself a rock hard bawdy.. wish me luck

I found my friend mr pigeon dead, after finding him a home.. calling around, and then having him dissapear on me. Legs straight up in the air and stiff, and laying on his back.

I got hit in the balls by a 2x4 which luckily just grazed the cattle.

And I managed to deem myself "ding dong" to my boss at work.

Well Today is Monday. Everyone's FAVORITE day of the week.

Startin off good with the usual workout but now I'm starving and I dont think eating McDonalds every morning is a good thing while trying to keep in shape... so I guess its off to the grocery store for me to find some more nutritious food later this afternoon.

The smoke here in Virginia is getting really old. There are two very large fires burning I believe in the dismal(sp) swamp, and somewhere in NC. Depending on which direction the wind shifts its smokey enough around here to wonder if your own neighborhood is on fire. So that is getting kind of old (been a few weeks since it started... still going strong)

Other than that, I guess its time to start off the day / week. I must now seek out some coffee!

Today, my windshield got beat up by a baseball bat (120$) .. And a surprise root canal. (130$)

From what I heard from my neighbor who ran half way down the street and rang my doorbell. Four hispanic kids wearing dark clothes with a baseball bat ran over, hit my windshield, and ran off... hitting lots more down the street.

No real reason for it, although it made me have to take the day off from work since i couldn't drive the car. Then i went in for a root canal where Monica from central america did a wonderful job on my tooth while making me so fall in love. Of course she was married, as her assistant told me... But for a short time I was in love. She said.. "ignore the pressure, just think of something calming if you can". And all I could think of was, "just look at that beautiful face of hers."

So I did, and the root canal went great... the window was put in for 120$ by a mexican shop on Phoenix's hooker central street (Van Buren). Which saved me 150 or so bucks. And all in all, the day went wonderful... minus the poking, jabbing... and unfortunate lack of strength in the dentists hands which made pushing through my gums with a needle hard for her and caused her to shake... but strangely was a turn on as well.

Yesturday I saw a motorcycle accident.

The douche had to try 4 times to catch his balance at a left turn so he could accelerate. Then immediatly hit the gas to about 40mph and went over 3 lanes.. into the front end of a subaru hatchback. Then he went flying out of control with smoke everywhere, and somehow managed to end up in the middle lane perfectly fine with all his bones attached and going like 30mph.

Then I thought "this douche isn't just gonna stop, he scared himself too much". And sure enough, he hit the brakes hard and sent himself into a spiral... the bike slid, and he rolled like 20 feet. Got up long enough to tell me to go away, then went and sat on the curb.... lol.
