Microsoft Pledges Windows XP Support Through 2014

It's not entirely unexpected but it's still interesting enough. Apparently, Microsoft does have to succumb to market demand after all! The fact that they are recognizing this shows what a huge failure Vista is. This is not the first time this has happened. Something similar occurred with Windows ME, although that was not a full blown OS like Vista.

So many people dont want Vista, its actually kind of funny.

I know some people have come to me at work wanting to buy a new computer (dell, specifically) before they are forcing all of the new machine purchases to come with Vista
